In March we were the proud hosts to Honeywell FMT, Kurt Manufacturing and Sandia National Laboratories to discuss anodizing and chemical conversion coatings. In today’s ever changing environmental market we are pleased to offer ourselves as a resource to our customers and the OEMs they serve.
If you have specific concerns about our technologies, please feel free to contact our Sales Department at 651-636-0720.
NASF Annual Workshop
Palm Springs, CA – February 2015
This event was an opportunity for us to network with other executives in our industry while surrounded by the beautiful countryside and amazing weather of Palm Springs, CA. The keynote speaker was Daniel Feiman, a managing director for Build It Backwards and author of The Book on Business from A to Z: the 260 Answers You Need To Know.
Mr. Feiman consults in three areas: strategy, finance and process. There were two primary focus areas for the lectures. One was how to strengthen our companies, including reviewing situations from angles we may not have considered in the past. The second was succession planning, exit strategies (personnel and corporate), and sustainability within our respective markets as well as individual companies.
A famous Greek philosopher once said, “The only thing that is constant is change.”
We understand, after 120 years in business, that one of the keys to our success is our ability to change. While our base offerings are still in demand, the coating market is evolving. We are aware that in order to grow the business we need to broaden our scope and depth.
With that, Wolkerstorfer is currently reviewing adding phosphoric acid anodize, thin film sulfuric acid anodize and/ or tartaric-sulfuric acid anodize depending on the market’s demand.
If your company has a need for these coatings, please call our Sales department at 651-636-0720.
Let’s grow together.
The Wolkerstorfer Company had another great year of growth in 2014. Modifications to the building including a new roof, make up air units and lighting have made a noticeable difference.
In 2015 we are expanding our anodizing capacity, re-tooling our masking area as well as working on programs that expand well past 2020.
All this is possible because we enjoy a strong customer base who are devoted to producing a quality part at a competitive price.
We truly appreciate your business and will work hard to continue to help each other grow.
